For over 20 years, Karen L. Keeney has helped business owners make more money. She has taught sales conversion, networking, leadership skills and event success. “My favorite part of my business as well as my corporate jobs has always been attending and leading live events. Karen has a very unique perspective of leading seminars, workshops and retreats as well as working backstage to design, create and support Leaders at their events. She has been involved in events from 4 people around the kitchen table to large conventions of 10,000 guests.

Before launching her own business in 2009 her background includes corporate experience at Bank of America, Merrrill Lynch and PartyLite to name a few. During that time she learned about giving excellent service, how to grow key operating indicators all while having fun! She now brings that knowledge to the entreprenuerial world. People love her positive energy, optimism and her ability to see success in others before they see it themselves. Her clients comment that she really has the unique ability to help them envision their future success as she is mentoring them imparting her expertise.

When she’s not working, she loves trying out new recipes, new wines and entertaining friends and family. She has been married for over 30 years to her husband, Doug. They both are born and raised California natives growing up near San Jose. They love to spend time with their dogs, Meg Ryan and CJ the wonder dog.
